As a small business we appreciate your concerns during this difficult time. As such, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring developments of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and are following both government and relevant health authority guidelines. 

 

For your reassurance we would like to explain how we are preparing your orders following the safety measures below… 

 

All jewellery stock is held at our location in South Wales

Upon placing an order, the jewellery is selected and picked by one person and no one else handles the products

 

The jewellery is cleaned and is then packed in its gift box or bag and then placed in a paper envelope with any relevant certification. This in turn is then placed into a plastic packing envelope

UK deliveries are posted free of charge via Royal Mail first class delivery  

​​

There is no requirement to sign for any item and it will be placed through your letterbox with your regular mail 

​​

All items ordered are dispatched on the same day. There is no additional delay to any of our orders placed during the pandemic

We are observing all distance selling regulations and are still accepting valid returns and refunds
